The Ministry of Industry announced, this Sunday, the recovery of production lines for various types of automotive maintenance fluids, which have been transferred to the "ENAD" group.
A statement from the Ministry of Industry clarified that production lines for various types of automotive maintenance fluids were recovered and transferred to the detergent group, with the aim of enhancing its production capacities and expanding its industrial activities.
The Chairman and CEO of the holding company, Samir Yahiaoui, oversaw the signing ceremony held between the Chairman and CEO of the "ENAD" group and the Director of State Assets for the province of Tissemsilt.
The statement indicated that the operation comes in implementation of the directives of President Tebboune aimed at recovering and relaunching confiscated industrial assets and utilizing them to support the national economy, adding that the Algerian Chemical Specialties Holding Company continues its efforts to valorize these recovered assets and reintegrate them into the national economic cycle.
It noted that this operation is the fourth of its kind in the process of recovering assets confiscated under final judicial decisions, representing a new industrial gain for the holding company, and falls within the state's policy aimed at utilizing confiscated properties and employing them in productive projects with added value.
The same source explained that this step will contribute to supporting national production, reducing dependence on imports, creating wealth and jobs, in addition to enhancing the competitiveness of national enterprises and supporting the industrial dynamics of the groups affiliated with the holding company, as well as consolidating the process of relaunching recovered industrial assets and valorizing them in service of national economic development.
